Lilanz Creative Center 

M&J London lead the masterplan, landscape, architecture, and interior design for this innovative 250,000 sqm mixed-use project in Jinjiang, China, developed for the esteemed Chinese fashion brand Lilanz. This project aims to establish a vibrant creative hub that seamlessly blends fashion, art, and retail, featuring offices, retail spaces, rooftop bars,  restaurants, multifunction hall, showrooms, art studios, and serviced apartments. Designed to be an iconic symbol of Chinese creativity, this development will inspire and engage the community while showcasing the best of contemporary design.
